Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I ordered Sunday, and Wiggins processed my hair in less than 24 hours, and had it out for shipping Monday. It took 4 days to get my hair, so I got it in the same week! I had to put my loved ones & peers on to this company, as I have been shopping with them for years, and I’m never let down. Just a heads up, if you have a small head, email them beforehand so they can customize your unit to fit snug. I will be doing this myself next time, but for now, I’m using the elastic bands inside the unit.
