This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I ordered 14, 16, 18 inches with a 10 inch closure. My hair came in exactly 7 days. The hair nothing too bad. It is so soft and has beautiful curls in its natural state. I will leave more feedback once I get my wig made.

This hair is AMAZING! I had it made into a blunt cut bob unit. It is very cute in its natural state. I use water, coconut curling cream, and eco gel to define the curls really pop and it lasts all day. Minimum to no shedding! Definitely recommended
