This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The shorter the inch thicker bundle comes ! Great quality hair had it dyed and installed ! Second time using this brand hair and i will be using them again ! Hair also shipped fast plan on keeping hair in for a month its been 2 weeks so far . Minimal shedding (just take care of hair as you would regular hair) takes to heat VERY Well .
