This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

its thick enough & soooo soft have not had any shedding what so ever even after brushing out, the pattern returns after brushing. I wet mine & brushed the pattern out for a wavy big hair look. I love my hair definitely will order again longer seller communicates well
