This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Been about 3 weeks since I got this hair and let me start off by saying I love it! Im absolutely in love! Hair is still thick and gave very minimum shedding!!
