This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The unit looks just as described. Hair is really nice. I had just a small amount of shedding it wasn’t a lot maybe because of it being a body wave and the curls that were in the unit. Overall hair is gorgeous and flowy the style itself is different. Happy with my purchase this my honest review. Wanted to try something new and I did and oh yeah it looks natural

This unit was different for me . I’m posting in real time 6/18/25. The color was a little off but the hair was super nice. The construction was on point and yea it was full because of the 250 density. The hair was soft except for they forgot to make the cap a small. Overall great
