Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I washed and conditioned the hair before installing without glue and with veryyy little baby hairs and the hairline was very natural looking. The hair maintained its waves after washing and was actually softer Hair is full with no shedding.
