This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is really soft and true to length. Did not shed or tangle when I ran my fingers through it. I did pluck and got comb it and I installed it ,The seller kept me updated and gave tips on caring for the hair as well, I was very please with the length. Will definitely recommend!
