This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I received this wig and was immediately impressed. The hair came packaged nicely in a nice bag with a wig cap and cute lashes. The hairline was pre-plucked, but I still took a little more to match my hairline and defined a middle part. The hair curled very well and it’s very soft.
