This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is actually a very good wig! After receiving it and washing the unit, it only had very minimal shedding just like any good quality hair. It's soft and it looks very natural. And Mary was very sweet and she gave great customer service. I definitely recommend buying this wig!

In love! Its thick, the curls are beautiful, the seller is really nice & kept in contact and shipped the hair a couple hours of me ordering. The hair doesn't really shed only little bits but thats normal. I will leave another review once I've had it a little longer

The hair was really soft with a beautiful curl pattern. IT is really thick even for the longer lengths I ordered. My only concern was the chemical smell of the hair. After a good wash and condition prior to installation, hair was good as new,Great hair for the price.Very fast shipping and great communication. I wouldnt recommend no other hair company but Wiggins Hair!Would purchase again!
