Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This was my first time ordering hair offline mostly because my head is small and most caps don’t work. I ordered a small cap but it was still a little to big no worries they included a head band to make it smaller. The hair is extremely soft and handles heat well. It wasn’t as long as I wanted but I will order longer next time. The lace is great I’m not good at plucking and dying so this works great for me. There was no smell and it’s no super thick which I like honestly. I haven’t had any shedding either. I will be ordering again.

There is nothing wrong with this wig;there’s nothing bad you can say about this wig, it is perfect it is true to length, the cap Is comfortable, the part is perfect and long. The hair is full. This hair is actually extremely amazing for the price. It has to almost be the softest human hair I’ve touched. The bang is a bit thick but if its not your style you can always thin them out a little. Overall this hair is very nice and silky

The quality of the wig is very nice . I was nervous ordering this wig with the highlight because i didn’t want them to be blunt or streaky but they look really nice and professionally done actually. Minimal shedding but i don’t mind i feel that is el be expected considering the hair was lightened twice . No complaints !
