This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is GREAT! It shipped quickly, I received in 2 days. It does have a bad odor,but I washed the hair and conditioned it several times before installing. It also can be dyed. I bleached some blonde and hair is still brilliant!! Worth the buy I promise!!

This was my first time ordering hair online and all I can say it that this hair is amazing. The hair did have a slight smell but you can easily wash that out. I only use 3 bundles and the hair is still thick! The ends are very full. I have been getting so many compliments on this hair. I will most definitely buy from this vendor again.
