This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is sooo good!! Minimum shedding. And that's okay because ALL hair sheds. I'm already ready to order more hair from this company! And the seller was sooo sweet and answered any questions I needed to know. If you're skeptical about this wig, don't be. You're getting your moneys worth. This was my first time doing a wig by myself, lol but it still came out decent. I believe I got a 20 inch.
