Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

My shipping was probably 5 days it came super timely.It has minimal shedding and they send you some free gifts.The curls are even more bomb when you use a denman brush.Fill for sure but again from this company. The shipping for this hair was super fast! I ordered a 26" 150% density. Shedding was okay, I did experience some hair shedding when i WET it, so probably the same with washing. The hair is extremely soft! Curl pattern is gorgeous. The hair is a bit then on the ends so its true to length but doesnt look it since it isnt completely full to the tips. Overall I would recommend for girls on a budget, it will take extra work though! just with 180% or 200% if possible!
