This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair came very fast in less than a week. The seller communicated with me a lot and gave me updates on my hair and it’s shipment. I’m so in love with the hair, it’s good quality human hair. It came pre-plucked but i recommend plucking it again and washing it, to get the best results. I received 16 inches and it’s shoulder length once dry. this is my first wig from this company. Trust me, you will not be disappointed! I got a 18in and I did wash the hair and then I just let it hair dry to achieve the "natural curly" look. The hair is super soft, little to no shedding so far. And is FULL enough for me! Which is what I love in a wig! Also the seller was great with communicating with me and the hair was at my front door in 3 days!
