This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I purchased this wig recently for a concert and a vacation trip and I definitely do not regret it, I installed it myself and it was way easier than expected. The frontal was plucked well and there was minimal shedding. The lace itself is top quality. Definitely should purchase!
