This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So far so good that hair is bomb as of now got it yesterday which is earlier then they originally said so that’s great installed it that same day feels soft didn’t have a bad smell slight shedding nothing to major. Perfect perfect Thank you.
