This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is just perfect. It so soft, great quality, and smells so good. The shipping was so fast I placed the order Monday and recieved the hair Wednesday which is amazing! The communication with the seller was awesome. They sent me a email to see if I had recieved my hair and was I satisfied with my order. That's the first time a seller ever stayed in touch with me through the process of a order. I love this hair and most definitely will be purchasing it again.
