This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I most say I'm very excited about my hair, I can't wait to install. hair is soooooo soft even after I bleach the end and washed it. it's still full and soft to the touch, no tangling nor shedding. I'm so in love with this hair, I'm a very happy camper..... :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D I'm now waiting for them to dry. thanks so much for the texture and quality of this hair
