This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is so soft and beautiful ! This is the most beautiful deep wave hair I’ve ever came across and I really recommend that all girls get into it. It doesn’t tangle , it’s beautiful wet or dry and it even flat irons out bone straight. I will be buying again !

I love this hair. I wear it almost every day. I did cut off about 3 inches so it's more of a blunt cut. No flaws yet. Barely tangles. Super soft. I took out the toner and just dyed it with hair color.
