This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The bundles are very silky, if you are getting long hair,4 bundles is enough. Overall it is pretty good, no bad smell at all and it didn’t tangle while I ran my hands through them not once. Will upload additional feedback once it is installed

I ran my hand through it atleast 13 times to see if it would shed but it didn’t . A few hair fibers were sticking out that were short in various lengths but nothing major.
