This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I received my hair today. I love it the color is beautiful. The color is thick and not to thin. The bundles were full with no shedding. I would have received the hair earlier but due to weather it came a lil late but still arrived within 5 days.I would shop here again. I will be posting pics once my hair is installed on Friday

Fantastic!! I ordered hair from these before but lost the link. So happy that I have found them again. It is really soft and true to length. I love the colour Almost looks like hightlights in the Sun. Doesnt knot up and no shedding even after dye/straighten/curl/gel etc and it still stays in great condition. Great hair! Plus it was delivered in 3 days like how good is that! Good customer service too. Super happy.
