This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I love their hair, it’s super soft and does not shed as much. I washed it with Maui shampoo and conditioner before applying it. I did not bleach the knots because I don’t have any bleach but I used lots of my foundation on the wig cap and the wig it self to make it match my skin tone. It came out great.
