This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It arrived earlier than expected ! I Ordered on wednesday and it arrived on monday, the hair is really true to size !!! Long shinny soft and it doesn’t tangle when you run your fingers in it.
