This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I've had the hair for a couple of days now. It does tangle like any other human hair. I still don't like the frontal. The hair barely shreds which is amazing. And the hair is actually good quality. I give the actual bundles 5 stars. but 1star for the service I got.

It took me a while to get it done but it is worth it. I got a 20 22 24 26 inch with a 20inch lace frontal and the delivery only took 5 days I believe. The delivery date said it would be longer but it came earlier than expected. Communication was also great. Thank you
