This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is beautiful!! I love it soooo much. It's been two weeks and it is still phenomenal. Silky straight!! There is minimum shedding which is to be expected when dealing with hair. I just feel it's more noticeable because of the length. No shedding from the top or frontal.

I've had the hair for a couple of days now. It does tangle like any other human hair. I still don't like the frontal. The hair barely shreds which is amazing. And the hair is actually good quality. I give the actual bundles 5 stars. but 1star for the service I got.
