This is the first time I’ve purchased hair from this vendor. And so far so good. I ordered it Sunday and it cane Wednesday. Very fast and just in time to get it installed. I've had the hair for a couple of days now. It does tangle like any other human hair. I still don't like the frontal. The hair barely shreds which is amazing. And the hair is actually good quality. I give the actual bundles 5 stars. but 1star for the service I got.
