This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is amazing! No joke! Literally little to no shedding which is normal, it looked thin coming out from the packets but once I made it into a wig it was very full. Took dye very well and the knots bleached well. The seller was very friendly and informative. I'm very happy overall. Thank you!
