This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Ordered the hair on Tuesday night and received it on Friday. The packaging was nice. There was no strong scent. I shampooed and conditioned the hair. Bundles are great and full, and the curly texture is so good and bouncy! There is no smell, True to length, and no shedding! I will definitely order again!

I loove this hair. As soon as i took it out the package, it was soo bouncy. I love that because I feel like it can hold a mold like a curl or a crimp for a long time. The hair is VERY SOFT and doesn’t have a smell like other bundles do. I ran my fingers through, then combed them with a rat tail comb and there was no shedding at all.
