This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I brought the hair for my wedding. I love it!!!I cannot express how perfect that was. It was so soft, had no smell, and was full in the front and the back. I didn't even have to bleach the knots. All I had to do was apply lace tint powder and trim the lace. That was it!

It feels so smooth and silky. It does not tangle and there is very minumal shedding. I will purchase more bundles from this company!
