This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It was true to length and the hair is thick. It does shed, but it's normal. As long as you brush through it and keep it up, I think you should be okay. I think I will be ordering from this company again.
