This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I must say the agent is very nice she explains things to me very well very patient and kind. definitely someone I would love to go into business with in terms of wholesale.
