Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Honestly this is one of the best hair company I have encountered with. I did have some fears in regards of the quality of the hair but it is just amazing barely any shedding and the hair is full and soft. Customer service was so good there was communication throughout the whole journey plus the wig came very quickly with a pair wig cap and a set of lashes which I think is very generous.
