This is my second purchase. I purchased a 12 inch 13x4 /180 density. The recent purchase is a 10in 13x4/ 180 density. The hair is soft and doesn’t shed. Also, the hair is thick. I like my hair to have volume. Customer service was very nice, friendly , and appreciate my business. I’m very happy. I have to tweak the wig to a style I want. The lace and hairline is perfect.
