This is my second purchase. I purchased a 12 inch 13x4 /180 density. The recent purchase is a 10in 13x4/ 180 density. The hair is soft and doesn’t shed. Also, the hair is thick. I like my hair to have volume. Customer service was very nice, friendly , and appreciate my business. I’m very happy. I have to tweak the wig to a style I want. The lace and hairline is perfect. I wanted to wait a few weeks to get a true feel for the product before leaving a review. It looked a little shorter than 16 inches, but that wasn't a big deal since I cut it a bit. The hair is soft, doesn't shed much at all, curls well, and the texture comes right back after conditioning. It is easy to maintain, and can be parted in multiple places. It arrived earlier than expected, and the vendor stayed in communication the entire time. I will be ordering again.
