This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is a great beginner friendly wig.at first I was hesitant about but it ended up being very pretty and stylish in the finished product. The hair is full with little to no shedding.
