This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is by far the best wig I have purchased. I absolutely love it. I've purchased other human hair wigs for 100's more and didn't come close the quality of this wig. The hair is super soft. Theres little to no shedding. No obnoxious smell at all. The cap construction is beautiful. Get this wig!
