This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I recently purchased the 24 inch lace frontal unit and I must say I’m very impressed! The hair is super soft, full and has lots of body. The lace came pre-plucked as expected with plenty of parting space. The hair is also able to be curled and straightened. I was skeptical at first, but the seller is very helpful and nice!
