This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I really love this hair. The hair didn’t have a smell when I took it out of the package and it was extremely soft! I was able to install the wig on my own so it it beginner friendly. Lace is thin and it melts amazing! Bottom line , it good hair I do recommend!
