This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This Unit is: 1. True to length 2. Very little shedding. 2. Smells and Feels good. 4. NO Tangle. 5. Easy to curl and hold curls lightly. 6. The Lace is HD invisible. 7. The edges are hairline do not have to be plucked. OVERALL: Thus is a beautiful unit that has been well produced. I would recommend purchasing this unit.
