This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The wig is really soft , no shedding since i got it , if you like really thick then go for the 250% but 180% is just enough but overall the only bad thing is it does have a little smell when you first get it but you can just wash it , other than that it’s all good plus it came really fast.
