This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This wig was very soft and smooth, I ordered a 22in wig and it was true to size! There was almost no shedding and there was no bad smell. The lace is nice and thin.
