Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I was kept updated on every shipment until the wig got delivered to my door step. It was in a good way too because you didn’t need to dye the knots unless you chose to. Minimal shedding and silky. Not only is the hair just as described, there was almost no shedding even after running my fingers through the unit before and after washing it.
