This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Guys this is real!, I'm telling you this hair is so cute, it smells amazing, and it really does come pre-prepared. The only thing is if you're dark brown/ very pale than the lace will kind of look off, but don't worry you can tint the lace to whatever color you are :), it also has little hairs poking out, but other than that guys it gets 5 stars for me.

OMG!!!!!!this is the best wig Ive ordered. Its my first time customizing a wig myself and the process went pretty smooth. The knots bleach well,I got a 26inch 180 density and have had 0 tangles and minimalto none shedding, my curls have held up well. Definitely worth the money .

So it got here faster than expected but this hair is soooooo soft and beautiful and curls well. Even in its natural state, it’s so pretty and bouncy! I’ve slept on it a couple times and it BARELY tangles.

This wig was very soft and smooth, I ordered a 22in wig and it was true to size! There was almost no shedding and there was no bad smell. The lace is nice and thin. There are really nice baby hairs too! The hair is super wavy! The wig also came with lashes and a wig cap and a pretty red bag!
