This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Very happy with the hair, dropped the seller a message and they replied quickly with pics, can't wait to get the knots bleached and installed, true to length and very thick, i don't think there is any shedding but there are flyaway hairs but a wax stick can fix that!

This wig was very soft and smooth, I ordered a 22in wig and it was true to size! There was almost no shedding and there was no bad smell. The lace is nice and thin. There are really nice baby hairs too! The hair is super wavy! The wig also came with lashes and a wig cap and a pretty red bag!
