This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is my first wig so I didn’t know what to expect but the hair is extremely soft. It is not stiff at all. It is true to its length. The seller gave me plenty of updates and stayed in contact while tracking my package. They never have a bad attitude and they were patient.
