Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I must say this hair truly surprised me! I normally spend hundreds of dollars on hair so of course I didn't expect much to come out of this hair being so inexpensive. BUT it is holding up better than some of my more expensive hair has. No smell..No shedding...Curls great.. Straightens easily! Love it!
