This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Its have been 3 weeks and the hair is still beautiful. Minimum shedding as normal. I just use a tiny drop of bio silk, add heat from the wand curler, and let the hair cool. It stays shiny and silky! The lace is still good and strong.Will buy more from here!
