Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is my first time ordering from this vendor & im very impressed! The hair is soft and bouncy. No smell no shedding! The lace is very nice on the closure, almost invisible, didnt have to do anything to it, just added foundation underneath and plucked a tad bit!

First things first, it arrived earlier than expected, and then I got an email making sure that it was as expected and then on top of all that I got free lashes!!! Now to the hair, it was super soft and bouncy and nicely packaged. No shedding and the weft was not thin, overall great product. I am definitely going to be coming back for more and telling my friends too. Plus GREAT price. I was worried about buying hair online but no regrets at all!!!
