Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I got 3 bundles of 20 inches and got a sew in with leave out. The hair I received was true to length - Everything is perfect. My hairstylist loved working the hair. Sellers communication was good - communicated when they’d ship the hair and when it had been dispatched by FedEx.
